At The PDF Studio, all products are digital downloads.

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your digital content and acknowledge that, once the download has been made available to you, you lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your file, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting us or using the self-serve option in your account.

If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
