1. Our Products All products sold by The PDF Studio are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items will be shipped.

2. Purchases By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

3. Digital Downloads Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased file(s). As our products are digital, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full details.

4. Intellectual Property All content sold through The PDF Studio, including PDF guides and organisers, is the intellectual property of The PDF Studio. You may use purchased files for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, share, or distribute any files without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability The PDF Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
